By accessing or using the Sail Away Rentals website at treasureislandpcb.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or booking services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests who browse, book, or inquire about properties listed on this Site.

About Sail Away Rentals

Sail Away Rentals is a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company specializing in properties at the Treasure Island resort complex in Panama City Beach, Florida.

We facilitate direct bookings between guests and property owners. By booking through this Site, you are entering into a rental agreement with Sail Away Rentals as the property manager.

Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to property availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from Sail Away Rentals.

Pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and is subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, the quoted rate is guaranteed for the dates and occupancy specified.

Availability and pricing are provided through our property management system (Track PMS) and are updated in real time. In the rare event of a pricing or availability discrepancy, Sail Away Rentals reserves the right to correct the error and offer you the option to rebook at the accurate rate or receive a full refund.

Sail Away Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, including bookings that violate these terms, house rules, or local ordinances.

Reservation Holds

When you initiate a booking, a temporary hold may be placed on the property for a limited period (typically 30 minutes) to allow you to complete payment. If payment is not received within this hold period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the dates released back to availability.

Holds do not guarantee a reservation. Only completed payment confirms your booking.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance with Sail Away Rentals.

Payments are processed securely through our booking engine and payment gateway. Sail Away Rentals does not store your credit card information on this Site.

All rates include applicable taxes and fees as displayed during the booking process. Optional services such as travel insurance or trip protection may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking, including correct dates, guest counts, and contact details.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Guests must comply with all posted house rules, occupancy limits, and applicable local ordinances, including noise ordinances and beach regulations in Panama City Beach.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and includes all overnight guests regardless of age. Violating occupancy limits may result in eviction without refund.

Any damage caused by the guest or their party during the stay is the financial responsibility of the booking guest. Report any pre-existing damage upon arrival to avoid being charged.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM Central Time, unless otherwise stated on the property listing.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance with our team.

Access instructions are sent via email and text message prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for keeping these instructions confidential.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on each listing at the time of booking. The policy applicable to your reservation is the one in effect at the time of booking.

Standard cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. A 50% refund applies for cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival. No refund is available for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

Some properties may have custom or non-refundable cancellation policies. Review the specific policy on your property listing before completing your booking.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Sail Away Rentals strongly recommends travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances.

Pet Policy

Only properties explicitly designated as pet-friendly on their listing allow pets. Pets are not permitted in non-pet-friendly properties under any circumstances.

Guests bringing pets to a pet-friendly property must disclose all pets at the time of booking and comply with all posted pet rules, including breed and weight restrictions.

An additional pet fee may apply, as displayed on the property listing. Undisclosed pets may result in eviction without refund and additional cleaning charges.

Limitation of Liability

Sail Away Rentals is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage arising from your stay or use of any property booked through this Site.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, hurricanes, utility outages, construction in or around the Treasure Island complex, or third-party service disruptions.

We do not guarantee the availability of specific amenities (such as pools, elevators, or beach services) at all times, as these may be subject to maintenance, weather, or seasonal closures.

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sail Away Rentals makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of property descriptions, images, or availability data.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, photography, logos, and design — is owned by Sail Away Rentals or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The "Treasure Island" name as used on this Site refers to the Treasure Island resort complex in Panama City Beach, Florida, and is not affiliated with any other location of the same name.

Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of this Site or your booking shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida.

Sail Away Rentals is registered and operated in Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

Sail Away Rentals may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
