Condo was beautiful.
First let me say we have stayed at Treasure Island several times and never had any issues, however this trip was different. Tuesday afternoon/evening they were having power and water issues at the complex. We were without water for parts of Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. Lost power Tuesday evening while we were in the elevator, thankfully it didn’t stay off long. Wednesday morning several of our party were stuck on the 23rd floor due to no power on the elevators. In saying all of this I understand that you have mechanical problems sometimes, we have issues in the profession I’m in. My biggest issue is absolutely nothing was said other than “we are sorry". I wasn’t looking for anything special but I would expect something considering the amount of money we paid. A discounted night, maybe something discounted for a future stay. No, they took full price money and didn’t deliver a full price stay.
We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condominium! The location was perfect just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the balcony.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The view from the top floor was incredible. The pool area was usually busy but we were always able to find open chairs. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend
