A one-time fee of $35.00 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk and allows parking for up to two vehicles. Pet Policy One dog under 30 pounds is allowed per unit. There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
