Bring extra toiletries, light groceries and a few cleaning supplies
The condo treasure island was nice and I loved how close it was to the beach and water. I’ve never stayed somewhere with such a short walk to get to the ocean. Usually you have to walk twice as far in the sand. The room was ehhh, it could have been better cleaned. Sand was all over the floors which a vacuum cleaner could have taken care of but there was not one. The queen bedroom sheets didn’t seem to be clean. There was sand in the sheets. The furniture and linens are very out dated. The mattress on both beds, especially the king was horrible. You sink wherever you sit and the mattress was thin. There were chip crumbs in the corners and a crushed skittle stuck to the floor. Could have used more pillows. The unit could be very nice with much needed upgrades. Overall what we paid was not worth the stay. I couldn’t even relax because I felt like I needed to clean first. I hate to be a complainer but all these facts needed to be said.
The place was nice overall but had some things that need to be disclosed to others. One our internet was terrible. We were told to reset it or call a customer service number to the internet company which was an inconvenience. The pool is very small for the size of the place. And the parking garage is nice but really tight and dangerous. The beach chairs were nice when I rented them until people can rent chairs and umbrellas from the same place and sit right in front of you making the chairs on the front row worthless. I will bring my own if I ever stay there again. Also the kitchen had pretty much nothing to cook on which they kind of explain but it needs to say it has nothing at all to cook with. Maybe a pot or two and maybe 10 utensils. I know it sounds negative but the place is nice and kept up with. I might try another unit next time and ask these questions about the kitchen to the host.
Room was clean. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved the place! Would definitely stay there again.
