There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞 The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

Didn’t have water on one of the nights we were there. And our bathroom light didn’t work in the master, but we never called anyone about it. This one was a little pricey bc we were supposed to bring our dog, but ended up not.
Excellent property, highly recommend. Great beach views and conveniently located.
Cons: The condo was very expensive for four days. You for sure need to bring your own households, toiletries, and anything you need while you’re there because there is the bare minimum of anything. What they provide won’t last a full day. The condo needs more towels also. The beds are very springy, like they’ve been around for many years. I feel the recliner in the living room is one sit away from falling apart. The light above the his/her sink in the master bathroom didn’t work the entire time so we spent our days getting ready in the dark. There was no over mitts. The elevators have very little ventilation or air so it’s smothers you riding up to the 16th floor. There is no lighting on the balcony. Pros: The view from both sides of the building won’t disappoint at all. The size of the condo and balcony is AMAZING!!! The convenient path to the beach is wonderful. Have traveled with a handicapped mother in a wheelchair things were made easy for her. The grounds are kept nice.
This unit had all the utility needed for me and my family. We stayed 4 nights. It also have a really nice view of the ocean. Pool and hot tub are really nice too. Easy parking and easy check in. Pet fee was not disclosed in the initial booking so that was a bit of an inconvenience because it was an additional 300.00. Overall we had a good time at this place.

Very comfortable condo with gorgeous ocean view. Loved the shower and location, the bar & grill downstairs had a great Bloody Mary. The only negative is the $315 pet fee/excessive pet paper work, and parking fee which the resort charges separately.
