There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞 The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but I feel that I need to on this one. The condo itself was nice. My only complaint was that the condo was hot our entire stay there. The thermostat was controlled from somewhere else unknown to me. I tried to adjust the thermostat numerous times and it would just go blank. There was a sign above it saying you could not go below 72 and you certainly couldn’t. I knew we had made a wrong choice as soon as we walked in and saw fans in each of the bedrooms. It was so uncomfortable in there that we couldn’t even tell any difference when going in from the beach. It was no joke 75 and 76 degrees in there all the time. The sun would beat down on the windows in the evening which made it even more uncomfortable. Also, myself and my husband both heard someone talking above me in the laundry room that sounded like a speaker. The person said “what is she doing.” I was putting clothes over in the washer and dryer so I am assuming they were talking about that. That was very concerning to me and my husband. There was an object hanging on the wall above where I was - not sure what it was but felt uneasy about our privacy at that point.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay. The open floor plan was fantastic, the building was beautiful, and we especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly. However, there were several concerns that impacted our experience. There was a very strong odor of urine throughout the living room and master bedroom, which led us to believe that previous guests with pets may not have properly cared for the property. Additionally, the fire alarm located above the bunk beds beeped continuously for two nights during our stay.We called the phone number provided and left a voicemail regarding the issue but never received a return call, nor was the problem addressed. We also noticed a few maintenance and housekeeping issues. The covers on the outdoor furniture had holes in them, exposing the stuffing inside, and the living room couch had multiple stains. We covered the couch with sheets during our stay because of its condition. While these concerns were disappointing, they did not overshadow the positive aspects of our trip. We enjoyed the property’s beautiful setting, spacious layout, and pet-friendly accommodations. We hope these matters are addressed so future guests can fully enjoy the experience this condo has to offer.
Location was wonderful! Easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony are amazing. Condo wasn’t as clean as it could be and the garbage disposal had a very strong odor you could smell as soon as you walked in. Overall good condo and would stay here again.
This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! This will be our go to spot.
