There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞 The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

Nicely decorated, clean, great view, extra umbrellas were added for comfort by pool
We had a great time. The condo was clean with cute decor. A spacious balcony with an ocean front view. The only minimal thing I could suggest that wasn’t a huge deal but I did notice… towel hooks in the master bath and a full length mirror to check your outfit. :) We stay at Treasure Island at least once or twice a year and never disappoints. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Immaculately clean. Superb views. Close to all activities yet private. Safe surroundings to walk your dog. Everything you could possibly want. Would definitely stay here again and again. Highly recommend.
