There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞 The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

We arrived late and followed posted instructions on parking. The next morning got our parking pass. The ladies in the office were excellent! The ground level room was so convenient. Close to parking and easily accessible to the pool and beach! Location was very convenient and close to shops and restaurants! It would be excellent for families. We were two adults but kids do not bother us. I would recommend!!
Our stay was amazing! The unit is ground floor right at the pool, so you can just walk off your patio to the pool or just a little further to the beach. It made it so easy with the kids. The kitchen is well stocked, condo was nicely decorated. The master's water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. All the staff at check in were friendly. There is a dog walk for the dogs to close to the room. There is so much to do within walking distance. The listing advertised beach chairs with stay, but that was not the case. They offered to reimburse though, so at least host was willing.
Super convenient! Especially traveling with a pup. Ground floor, easy walk out to pool & beach. Beautiful sunsets from the patio.
The condo was in a great location — close to the beach and within driving distance of restaurants and shops. It had most of the basics we needed for our stay, and the check-in process was simple. That said, the unit could use a little updating. One of the toilets didn’t work. The cleanliness was not great. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was not clean at all. The WiFi didn’t even work. Overall, it was a below average stay nothing exceptional either. It worked for a short trip, but we might explore other options next time.
