There is a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax, charged by Treasure Island and due at check-in. 🔞 Minimum Age Requirement 🔞 The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

After 3 switches of rooms we ended up here and honestly it was a blessing in disguise! The beach access was right off our balcony along with the pool as we were in the first floor! There was plenty of sleeping space and plenty of extras for beach use! We absolutely loved the location and have already started planning our next trip! Thank you to the host for the very short notice stay and for being so understanding and helpful the whole time we were there! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to PCB especially with kiddos!
We have stayed at Treasure Island Resort many times over the past 15 years and unfortunately this was not at all the standards we are used to. The master bath toilet area has sewer issues that will need to be addressed as there are sewer gases leaking into the condo. The kitchen cabinet top drawers all had something that had been spilled in them that looked like Coca Cola. It was all over the utensils. The rules of the resort are fine but every single rule explained to us was broken on a daily basis. Alcoholic beverages were in the pool every day. Glass bottles were on the wet deck, dogs well over 30 pounds were present. Wrist bands were not being worn by guests. Cigarettes were smoked along other vaping on the pool deck. We do not mind rules and our dog goes with us everywhere, but it’s very disappointing when others aren’t held to those same rules. The office staff were pleasant.
We've been coming to Treasure Island condominiums for 12 years and it never disappoints! We love the location cuz it's a little more quiet on the large Lagoon side.
