The condo was set up nicely, all appliances worked.
Very nice condo, loved the decorations ans cleanliness of it as well. Had extra umbrella which was awsome and plenty of cooking items and utensils! Would definitely rent again!
The room was clean and nice but what made are stay unpleasant was the AC didn’t work at all during are stay, we ended up checking in another hotel the last night, elevators and parking was a joke. Waiting over 20 minutes for an elevators to open only to be overcrowded and hot and we did have a parking spot but it was so tight for are truck, so make sure the car is small.
When we first arrived, my kids noticed that there was dirt and sand on the bunk beds. They didnt come back to clean they just left new sheets in the room. Then one of the toilets wasn't working and someone was supposed to call back about getting it fixed, but never received a phone call which thankfully the toilet starting working the second day. Then we had a guy show up to fix the dryer that we didnt know wasn't working. No one ever let us know someone was coming out for it either.
I highly recommend. Morgan with Sail Away did everything she could to help us in every way possible. I’m not a complainer, however upon arriving there was construction blocking our view and Morgan was quick to help us into another unit or offer a partial refund to give us the best experience which in turn we actually loved the relocation way more than the previous. Morgan reached out when I let her know that we were checking out a little bit early to make sure everything was okay (we decided to get to our next destination a little sooner). She was very responsive and very friendly throughout every interaction. I highly recommend!
