Condo is a little run down. But nothing major to keep us from staying again. We always stay at the Nautical Watch every year.
It was a nice beach view. I really enjoyed the balcony.
Absolutely amazing home! Perfect for 2-4 people that want to be right on the beach. Very clean and kept up maintenance wise. Not far from some really good restaurants as well.
We were very disappointed with the condition of the condo upon arrival. The presence of mold and the overall lack of cleanliness made us uncomfortable throughout our stay.The kitchen was unusable until replacement items were provided. The coffee maker, pots, and pans were rusted, scratched, and had mold on them. Dishes were chipped, there were very few utensils available, the kitchen faucet was loose, and the drawers were difficult to open. Additional issues included stained pillows, dirty curtains, mold in the bathroom, and walls with dirt, holes, dents, and scrapes throughout the unit. While we appreciate that new pillows, blankets, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and mugs were eventually provided and the faucet was tightened, these issues should have been addressed before our arrival. We were also told the moldy shower faucet would be replaced, but it was not until we followed up a second time. Overall, the condo requires significant maintenance and attention.
Very clean view is beautiful. It was also very peaceful. The WiFi was finicky but sail away got maintenance the next day. Perfect for a couples get away
