Great property with easy access to the beach and property amenities. Villa was clean and the check in process with host was quick and simple.
We was very pleased with every part of our stay, from check in to check out. The location was wonderful, tucked away and also able to see some water and watch the traffic roll by from the back porch.
Unfortunately, our experience here wasn’t great. We entered to find a note on the chalkboard that read, “Be Welcome to Our Place! P.S. The Couch Bed is boo boo cheeks.” So needless to say, we didn’t try out the couch bed. We found the guest bed to have sand in the sheets and found hair clips and trash from previous occupants on the floor. I contacted Sail Away regarding the dirty sheets and they told me they could take care of it the following day, meaning they expected us to go ahead and use the dirty sheets. They never came the next day to change them. I would not recommend staying here, mainly because of the management company’s lack of response and follow through! Much better to book with an individual has been my experience.
The property was wonderful. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The pull out couch bed was very dirty and sandy. The mattress needs updated as it was very stained and dirty. The floors and trash can were very nasty not cleaned at all. Over all it was nice but needed to be cleaned a little better. We had a wonderful trip overall.
Amazing all the way around! Cute place with everything you need just steps from the beach right out the front gate! We enjoyed it so much would definitely come back here again! We loved the lagoon pool!!! The Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.. definitely 5 stars!
